IRPA is continuously developing innovative and evidence-based project concepts to address the evolving challenges facing pastoral and agro-pastoral communities in Tanzania. Climate Resilience and Sustainable Rangeland Restoration Programme
This programme seeks to restore degraded rangelands and strengthen the resilience of pastoral ecosystems through community-based rangeland management, restoration of grazing lands, climate-smart land management practices, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable water resource management.

Women and Youth Economic Empowerment Initiative

Livestock Productivity and Animal Health Improvement Programme

Water Resource Development for Pastoral Communities

Rangeland Monitoring and GIS Information System

Pastoral Market Systems and Value Chain Development Programme
